The Forward Deployed Informaticist is applied medical informatics rebuilt for the agentic era. The informaticist works inside the institution and carries accountability for what ships.

Every engagement starts the same way. We find out what actually happens today, which is rarely what the workflow document says, assuming one exists. Then we decide what should happen and which instrument gets you there: an agent, a change to the source system, a redesigned process, or a change to how the work is organized. AI alone rarely solves the problem. Advanced technology has to be paired with changes to people and process, and we do that work too.

Then we lead the build and the go-live, because whoever plans the solution should be there when it lands on real people.

Our most important work is under NDA, but the method isn’t. Send us your idea list and we’ll triage it and hand back a portfolio view.

AI deployment leadership. We run enterprise programs all the way to production and stay until they hold.

Governance and assurance. Structures that hold up under a survey.

Portfolio and vendor judgment. We help you make sense of an overwhelming field and choose well, including when the right choice is to buy nothing, to wait until the organization is ready, or to use what you already own differently.

Executive advisory. One accountable senior in the room for the decisions that can’t be delegated.

We have no platform to defend, take no reseller margins and we don’t sell products. When building is the right answer we’ll build it, and when it isn’t we’ll say so.

Every deployment gets measured against one question: did it leave the organization better able to serve the people it exists for. Sometimes that’s direct, in time returned to a clinician or access gained by a patient. Sometimes it’s a supply chain that stops leaking money the mission needs, or a financial process that stops consuming people who could be doing something else. We baseline before launch and put the retirement criteria in writing. If it doesn’t help the people doing or receiving the work, it comes out.
